Graduation Check
Submit this Graduation Check form to ensure you are completing the correct courses to graduate. We recommend you submit the form as soon as you register for classes in your final year.- Deadline: November 15th for Spring Convocation
- Deadline: June 15th for Fall Convocation

Convocation Ceremonies
Convocation is the graduation ceremony where students are given their degrees. St. Thomas More College students earn U of S degrees and participate in U of S convocation, but we also have a special celebration that we invite our graduating students to attend.
Spring

Graduation Photos
Now is the time to book your graduation photo session with Academy Studios. In addition to any photos you choose to purchase, STM will include your portrait on our class of 2026 photo board (that will be displayed in the College) at no additional cost.
Session dates in March and April are currently available for booking. Book your appointment.
• Sittings taken Academy Studio, 1109 8th St. East Saskatoon. (One Block East of Clarence Ave.)
• Grads will receive a large collection of 3/4 and close up poses, in digital previews. ( Note: Your hands are showing in some poses.)
• We provide all the grad wear and props, but please wear a T shirt for easy dressing over top.
