PCUH at Royal Alberta Museum

The PCUH travelling exhibition Far, Far Away: Postcards from Pre-Revolutionary Ukraine will be on display September 4 to November 7, 2010 at the Royal Alberta Museum in Edmonton, Alberta. Organized as part of the 2007 Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences (held at the University of Saskatchewan), this exhibit has since traveled to a number of destinations across Canada. The Royal Alberta Museum is the final stop for the exhibit which has garnered considerable praise and publicity. A public reception hosted by the Alberta Society for the Advancement of Ukrainian Studies will be held September 24, 6:30 pm in the gallery space.
Far, Far Away: Postcards from Pre-Revolutionary Ukraine is curated by PCUH Associate Prof. Bohdan Kordan and organized by STM's Prairie Centre for the Study of Ukrainian Heritage and the STM Art Gallery.
