Celebrate Catholic Students' Week Feb. 3 - 10
The Canadian Catholic Students' Association and Canadian Catholic Campus Ministry are pleased to declare Catholic Students' Week from February 3-10 2012. To celebrate the week, STM Campus Ministry, Just Youth Group, and Newman Centre have organized the following events:
Friday, February 3rd – D&P Just Youth Host High school Retreat at STM
Friday, February 3rd – Newman Centre hosts Coffeehouse and Pub, 7-10 pm in the STM Cafeteria
Saturday, February 4th – Sacred Sites Multifaith tour, 1-4pm.
Sunday, February 5th – Basilian Supper with Bob Holmes, csb. Free Pizza supper after 7:30 pm mass
Monday, February 6th – Catholic Students week Trivia Challenge begins in the STM Cafeteria
Monday, February 6th – Theology on Tap at Lydia’s with Fr. Bob Holmes, csb. Theme: Making Peace in our Lives and our World
Wednesday, February 7th - Eucharistic Adoration from 12 - 1pm in the Chapel
Wednesday, February 7th – MFCA Film Night: Feature” Origins of Yoga: Quest for the Spiritual”. 7-9 pm, panel discussion to follow
Thursday, February 9th – Centering prayer at 9:15 am; Bible Study at 1 pm.
Friday, February 10th – Knights of Columbus Poker Night. Proceeds to CHEP. $10 buy-in, win big prizes! 7-10 pm in STM 344b
