St. Thomas More College (1437 College Drive) is located on the grounds of the University of Saskatchewan campus, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The University of Saskatchewan is home to more than 18,000 undergraduate students and approximately 1200 graduate students. The University, with associated organizations like Innovation Place and the Royal University Hospital, is the City of Saskatoon's second largest employer, making up about eight percent of the city's work force.

The city lies 780 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg, a little over 520 kilometres southeast of Edmonton, and just over 300 kilometres north of the U.S. border.
