STM Faculty Council

The Council is comprised of tenured faculty, sessional representatives, and student representatives.  The council usually meets once a month to decide on academic matters of the college.

STM Forum

Forum shall consist of all employees of St. Thomas More College, four student representatives from STMSU, and two student representatives from Newman Centre. Forum is a voice for all.  Forum provides the opportunity to raise and discuss issues that affect the whole community of STM. Forum fosters dialogue and consensus building at the College. STM Forum:

• Reports to the President.
• Acts as an advisory body to the Administrative Committee. The Administrative Committee can, in turn, use the body of Forum to seek input.
• Engages, where appropriate, in long term planning for the College.
• Receives reports from Forum committees.
• Conducts the election of representatives to its committees.
